Advertising for your property with us will reach thousands of potential customers with priority given to management clients. The principal source of enquiry will be through our website along with newsletters, office inquiries, affiliates and seo searches we have in place. We also contact many other agents to market your property to enhance the chances of finding you a tenant. Our team will provide a full detail of your property including photos, descriptions and up to date information.

Letting your property

Every tenant is addressed personally by one of our property managers and full details of clients will be provided to you for your consideration. We make sure property is in ideal condition for viewings and marketing and for your new tenants before occupancy.

Property inspections

We conduct routine inspections on your property as requested or on a specified monthly basis. You will be given a written report on any on the condition and upkeep of your property along with any maintenance issues required.

Maintenance

Cityhomes Realty has a dedicated maintenance co-ordinator who supervises all emergency repairs, routine maintenance, and ongoing contracts at your property. Our property co-ordinator will contact a team of contractors to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. All issues are referred to you for approval before commencement unless an absolute emergency arises. . A pre-set limit can be agreed on this situation also.

Advice

Our team can help advise on furnishing your property with furniture and appliances in-line with current rental expectations ready to rent and market effectively. Alternatively we can put you in touch interior designers to maximise its potential.

Lease contracts

We will provide you with a written legal lease agreement that can be customised to your best interest to suit both the owner and the tenant’s requirements. Drawing up of the agreement, signing and handover of documents will be dealt with by our team even when you are unavailable or overseas.

Accounting

A statement will be prepared for you on the first working day of every month showing income and payments for the period, with your funds being transferred to your account or as specified. A yearly statement will be provided summarizing your annual income and expenditure.
